We believe in keeping things simple and sustainable with "Ghar ka Khana" (home-cooked food) that fits into your daily routine. Our diet plans are based on the concept of "quantified nutrition." This means we calculate your calorie needs, macronutrient balance (protein, fats, and carbohydrates), and ensure you're getting nutrient-dense foods to meet your micronutrient requirements (antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals). We avoid the hassle of separate meals for each family member and promote easy-to-prepare, family-friendly options.

The frequency of diet plan changes is completely client-driven. We usually review and update plans every 7-10 days, but we are flexible based on your comfort. If you need more variety, find the current plan isn't working, or just want a change, we're happy to adjust as needed.

Absolutely! We believe in moderation and balance. We can incorporate your favorite dishes into your plan, ensuring you enjoy your meals while staying on track with your health goals.

Progress

While we recognise your eagerness to see results, it's crucial to realise that years of accumulation of weight cannot be immediately lost. We urge you to have faith that you're in capable hands and that losing weight will happen gradually and in a safe, healthy way. We would suggest that losing 2-3 kg in a month is a reasonable rate on average.

Our friends keep a variety of eye on your development. They can now monitor your progress in terms of following your fitness and food plans, steps, and body measurements thanks to our recently released app. Of course, we can't discount other accomplishments like increased endurance, improved energy, and better sleep!

Stress and lack of sleep undoubtedly hinder fat loss. That is the whole point of having a friend work closely with you. We'll focus on the length, quality, and cycle of your sleep. assist you in recognising the sources of stress and developing more effective coping mechanisms.Maintaining a healthy diet and following a regimented exercise program should help you manage your stress. However, if necessary, we will recommend certain mindfulness-based applications that promote relaxation and stress reduction. We use fitness bands to track the amount and duration of our sleep.

We at mywelldiet firmly think that habits endure a lifetime, but motivation fades with time. Developing long-lasting habits is what will enable you to lose weight and keep it off. We assist you in realising that habits—whether related to food, exercise, sleep, or stress reduction—must be shaped around your everyday schedule as what suits one individual may not suit another.

Coaches

Our coach are here to support you on your path to better health. Our coach are here to accompany you on every step of the way, whether it's developing a lasting habit, managing stress, developing healthy sleep patterns, or following a diet or exercise regimen.

That doesn't usually happen, but in the event that it does, we have procedures in place for changing the coach and we make sure to investigate the reasons why things didn't work out.

Our coach brings a wealth of experience and globally recognised qualifications to the table. She has a thorough awareness of women's health issues like PCOS and thyroid issues as well as postpartum health issues include DR, pelvic organ prolapse, urine incontinence, coning, and much more! The world's top fitness and nutrition certification programs, such as Precision Nutrition course, have produced our coaches! To get the best candidates for you, we put them through a rigorous evaluation process, training, and log interviewing!

Every day, you can ask questions of the coach via WhatsApp, and you two have a scheduled weekly progress call. They have Sunday off!

The coaches fall into these various categories. All coaches use the same exacting methodology and mindset. Regarding the services provided, nothing has changed. With MWD Premium coaches examine and review Standard coaches, the coaches—both premium and standard—have more coaching expertise and have worked with more clients. You may be confident that you are in good hands at all times—elite coaches are our best coaches!

There won't be any offline meetings or sessions; the entire program will be conducted online.

It's not required to join a gym. With regard to home workouts, our coaches are well-prepared.
